My transactions have been traditional regular sales, Short Sales and REO's or bank owned and have met all kinds of sellers and buyers, lenders and escrow officers and vendors. Each transaction brings with it new 'unknowns'.

People say that Realtors are 'masochists' and 'angels of hope and shelter' - there's a bit of truth in both. I was a business consultant, business funding resource, an entrepreneur, headhunter, and career coach before my real estate life which can be all-consuming but rewarding as well.
